t3333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1.Introduction

Welcome to t3333. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and t3333 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the t3333 website located at t3333.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related services made available through the Platform.

These T&C apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the t3333 Platform regardless of device, connection type, or geographic location within Bangladesh. • You must hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of t3333 or any affiliate, or an immediate family member of such a person, when using the Platform for real-money gaming.
• You must have a valid payment method registered in your own name to make deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment instruments are not accepted.

3.Account Registration and Security

Creating a t3333 account is free. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a working email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must update your details promptly if they change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity. t3333 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
• t3333 may close or suspend any account at any time if we reasonably suspect a breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting t3333 customer support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

t3333 may verify your identity, address, and source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

t3333 supports deposits and withdrawals through locally popular payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. t3333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
• Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page within your account dashboard. These amounts may change from time to time and the current limits displayed at the time of the transaction apply.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending KYC verification. t3333 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment method verified in your name as part of the KYC process. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• t3333 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these T&C. Any withheld funds will be released upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

t3333 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• t3333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or use of automated tools or bots to meet wagering requirements.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) will be voided in their entirety and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Promotional offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn by t3333 at any time without prior notice. Ongoing bonus periods will be honoured for the stated duration at the time of acceptance.

Free spins won during a promotional offer may be subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any winnings above the stated cap will be removed from the account balance prior to withdrawal.

6.Responsible Gaming & Prohibited Conduct

t3333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never become a source of financial or personal hardship. The following conducts are strictly prohibited on the Platform, and violation of any of them may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to participate in games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures, including chip-dumping in poker or any form of coordinated staking across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, cycling deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds, or using t3333 as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of t3333 is lawful in your location before registering.
• Harassment, threatening, abusive, or offensive communication directed at t3333 staff or other users through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the t3333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of t3333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these T&C.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the t3333 Platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of t3333. Unauthorised use of the t3333 brand, logo, or any proprietary materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t3333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, even if t3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specific limitations include but are not limited to:

• Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside of t3333's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages affecting Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks in Bangladesh).
• Loss of data, funds, or gaming history arising from account suspension or termination where such action was taken due to a breach of these T&C by the user.
• Any losses resulting from a user's decision to gamble, including losses on cricket betting markets, casino games, slots, or any other game or betting product offered on the Platform.

9.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. t3333 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside of its intended market.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, you should contact t3333 customer support in the first instance. t3333 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, t3333 may refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
